DELOITTE has established a new Welsh headquarters at the Callaghan Square office scheme in the centre of Cardiff. The accountancy firm has taken 18,500sq ft at building 5 at the office schemes, owned by MEPC. The firm moved into new offices, from its current location in the city at Fitzalan Court. The firms new contemporary offices are divided over two floors at the 54,000sq ft building, which is being jointly marketed by chartered surveyors Knight Frank and DTZ.

Fit out specialists Overbury procured Lusso Interiors to install Optima 117 single glazed partitions and Optima Revolution double glazed partitions both using Nebular joints and aluminium Microflush doorframes. Flush Double glazed frameless doors were fitted to the meeting rooms together with full height hardwood veneered timber doorsets to the circulation areas.
